About the role You’ll work alongside architects, designers, and technicians from concept through to construction, contributing to live projects from day one. Expect real design responsibility early, paired with mentorship to build the technical and professional skills that get you to registration. You’ll support the delivery of resource and building consent design packages for projects across Aotearoa. Key responsibilities Help develop design ideas from concept through developed and detailed design Produce drawings and models in Revit, supported by SketchUp/Rhino and Enscape for visualisation Contribute to resource and building consent documentation Coordinate with consultants and help carry projects through their stages Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to develop and refine concept designs through preliminary and detailed design stages Lead aspects of projects where appropriate and support senior team members as require Learn how good design decisions get made — and recorded — in a working practice About you M.Arch or Bachelor's in Architecture, with a portfolio that shows your capability and potential Ideally, 2+ years of experience in a similar role Strong in Revit and Enscape — Archicad, SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite experience is a bonus (or a fast learner if you're coming from another BIM platform) Knowledge of the NZ Building Code, local regulations, and construction methodologies Organised, curious, and keen to take ownership A confident communicator with a creative, problem-solving mindset Enthusiastic and adaptable, keen to grow with the business and contribute to studio culture Varied, meaningful projects and early responsibility A design-led studio culture in a growing practice with room to progress A collaborative studio environment that values creativity, initiative, and design excellence Will provide work opportunities to support your registration pathway #J-18808-Ljbffr
