About the role sKids is looking for a commercially minded, digitally savvy Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead to shape and drive marketing activity across New Zealand. This isn’t a “keep the lights on” marketing role. It’s a chance to own the NZ plan, sharpen the channels, bring data to life, and deliver local marketing that connects families with trusted out-of-school care. You’ll lead one Marketing Coordinator, partner with senior leaders, and work closely with our Australian marketing team, who provide overarching brand strategy, creative direction and campaign themes. You will Build and deliver the NZ marketing roadmap Drive campaigns across digital, CRM, website, social, email and paid channels Turn data, insights and performance results into better decisions Manage marketing budgets, spend, ROI and channel effectiveness Lead brand and campaign activity from planning through to execution Support and coach a Marketing Coordinator Work with internal teams, suppliers and agency partners Report on marketing performance, enrolments, attendance and growth outcomes. You will bring Strong digital marketing, CRM and campaign experience Confidence using data, insights and GA4 to improve performance Experience across CRM, paid media, social, web and email channels Experience with local area marketing or community-led campaigns The ability to manage budgets and measure ROI Great stakeholder skills The confidence to lead, coach and set direction for a coordinator Energy, curiosity and a bias for action Your background You’ll likely bring experience across marketing, digital, CRM, campaigns, local area marketing or growth, and be ready to step into a role with more ownership and influence. Experience in education, childcare, retail or multi-site environments would be useful, but it’s not essential. What matters most is your ability to think commercially, adapt activity for local markets, use data well and deliver marketing that gets results. Why this role?
