Production & Logistics Co-ordinator

M2 Overland – Napier, Hawke’s Bay Full Time M2 Overland designs and manufactures premium aluminium canopy systems and overland vehicle accessories used by tradespeople, fleet operators and adventure travellers across New Zealand. We’re a growing manufacturing business focused on quality, efficiency and continuous improvement , and due to an internal promotion we’re look out again for a reliable Production and Logistics Co-ordinator to help keep materials, vehicles and finished products moving smoothly through our operation. This role sits at the centre of our production flow — supporting manufacturing, dispatch and vehicle logistics. About the Role This is a hands-on position responsible for supporting production logistics, warehouse operations, dispatch and stock control . You’ll work closely with our production and installation teams to ensure parts, materials and vehicles are where they need to be — when they need to be there. We’re also looking for someone who enjoys improving systems and processes , helping us continually refine how our warehouse operates. Key Responsibilities Production Support Picking and supplying parts to the production team Communicating order status with internal departments Providing job and order information to production staff Assisting with basic product assembly when required Site Logistics Managing customer vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups Checking vehicles on arrival Preparing vehicles for installation activities Moving vehicles safely around the site Providing documentation to suspension upgrade contractors Warehouse Operations Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders Booking courier and freight shipments Receiving and receipting incoming goods into our system Organising and storing parts and materials efficiently Carrying out quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods Operating forklifts and lifting equipment where required Stock Control & Systems Conducting rolling stocktakes Maintaining well organised parts storage Updating stock information within our ERP system Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse systems and processes What We’re Looking For Experience Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Experience with stock control systems or ERP software Forklift licence (preferred but not essential) Personal Qualities Reliable and motivated Well organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Interested in continuous improvement and better ways of working Able to show initiative and take ownership of tasks Positive team attitude and good sense of humour Why Join M2 Overland?
