Performfront of house duties with excellent customer service skills. Updatepatient demographics in the patient management system. Referunwell or infirm patients immediately to nursing staff. Ensure accurate and timely data entry andbooking. Follow MoH and Waitaha Canterbury ElectiveServices guidelines Communicate booking details clearly withpatients. 4.Communication Exhibit professional and proactivecommunication. Maintain a collaborative andsupportive environment for the clinical team. 5. AccurateData Entry Fast and accurate data entry of patient demographicdetails and clinical information Able to process high volumes of referral andbooking information in a timely manner High attention to detail to ensure minimal errorsoccur About you Technicallysavvy - experience with data systems and quick at picking up newapplications/systems Excellentorganisational, time management and problem-solving skills Abilityto achieve high levels of accuracy Abilityto meet deadlines and work unsupervised Abilityto manage and coordinate a range of different inputs to achieve the agreedoutputs A teamplayer Be ableto demonstrate ability to keep information confidential Intermediateto advanced user in the Microsoft suite of products e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel Excellentkeyboard skills Highlevel of written and verbal communication skills Demonstratedperceptiveness and a proactive approach in an administrator role. Broadadministrative experience in a health-related field Awarenessof people of differing cultural backgrounds. Knowledgeof medical terminology Familiaritywith the public hospital system (including the patient management system).
