Secondary Teacher | English, Science & PE | Fixed term We are working with a respected secondary school in the South Canterbury area that is seeking a capable and adaptable teacher to join their team full time, fixed term for Terms 3 and 4, 2026. About the role You will be teaching Years 9 and 10 across a mix of: Science Physical Education The timetable is focused on junior classes, so this would suit a teacher who enjoys building strong relationships, keeping students engaged, and bringing energy across more than one learning area. About you We are looking for someone who is flexible, positive, and confident working with junior secondary learners. Ideally, you will bring: Confidence teaching junior English, Science and/or PE. Strong relationship-building and classroom management skills. A practical, team-focused approach. A willingness to contribute positively to the wider school community.
