The Role Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will take ownership of key areas on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the ground, building strong relationships with subcontractors and keeping projects moving. Key Responsibilities Supervise day‑to‑day site activities across your allocated areas Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers on site Drive programme outcomes and ensure works are delivered on schedule Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance Monitor progress and proactively manage site issues and risks Ensure works are completed in line with drawings and specifications Maintain accurate site records including daily reports and progress tracking Work closely with the wider project team to achieve key milestones About You Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects Experience working on large‑scale builds, ideally $70m+ Health Project experience would be preferable Strong knowledge of construction practices, sequencing and delivery Confident managing subcontractors and driving site performance Solid understanding of safety and compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications Strong communication and leadership skills Proactive, organised and solutions focused Benefits and perks: Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Market competitive Salary and excellent working environment Excellent Leave Polices that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days and generous Parental Leave scheme Collaborative and values‑based workplace culture Sporting and Social events Professional Memberships Discounts on Travel, Retail and Health #J-18808-Ljbffr
