About the team Operations Process & Technology Improvement (OPTI) is a key function in the Operations Division. Itidentifiesfuturecapability needs, sets theroadmap and investment plan, and governsdelivery to ensurevalue for moneyandstrategic outcomes. OPTI alsoimproves efficiency byidentifyingand implementing technology and process improvements to meet evolving service expectations,while supportingkeyoperational tools. OurOPTIInvestment Delivery Teamhasa full programmeanda pipeline of approved projectsextending overmultipleyears.Projectsincludejointworkwith the Electricity Authorityandtransformational change initiatives for Operations. The team worksacrossOperations,and withInformation Services and Technology (IST),the Electricity Authority,service providers, engineering consultants, and industry participants.
