Due to an internal movement, we have an opportunity for an experienced Frontline Manager to join our Potatoes/Multipack/Robots team on Night Shift (11pm - in Wiri, Auckland. In this role you will create a safe, engaged and high-performing culture while driving operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity and service. If you’re a hands-on leader who thrives on developing people, solving challenges and delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop frontline teams to foster a high-performing, accountable and inclusive culture. Drive team engagement through daily huddles, meaningful recognition, regular feedback and individual development planning. Provide hands-on leadership to proactively resolve operational challenges while delivering against safety, quality, cost and service targets. Champion a strong safety and wellbeing culture by ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and operational standards. Optimise labour utilisation, resources and shift performance to achieve productivity and cost objectives. Leverage operational data and continuous improvement methodologies to identify opportunities, solve problems and deliver sustainable performance improvements. Qualifications A proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure operational settings. Strong people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management and building engaged, high-performing teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Engineering and Quality. A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and continuous improvement principles.
