Quality & Compliance Administrator

We're looking for a Quality & Compliance Administrator to join a busy production facility in Lower Hutt on a minimum 3-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, has excellent attention to detail, and is confident managing documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for helping prepare the business for upcoming audits by organising, reviewing, and uploading documentation into the company's online audit management system. You'll work closely with the production and management teams to ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date. Key Responsibilities: Upload documentation into the company's online audit system Review and organise quality and compliance records Ensure documents are accurate, complete, and correctly filed Maintain electronic document control and version management Liaise with internal teams to gather required paperwork Support audit preparation and general administrative tasks Assist with maintaining compliance documentation What We're Looking For Previous administration or document control experienceyes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently and manage your workload Experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or compliance is an advantage Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude What's on Offer 3-month temporary assignment, due to the growth of the company there may be potential for this role to become ongoing Monday to Friday, standard business hours Supportive team environment Opportunity to gain experience within a well-established manufacturing business Due to the nature of the site all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and Ministry of justice check.
