You will ensure technicians have resources, collaborate with the Service Manager to optimize operations, and supervise safety and training programs. The ideal candidate has 3+ years as a Service Technician, solid leadership skills, and a working knowledge of John Deere products, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
