We are growing and we want to grow you with us! Our Christchurch team is currently looking to welcome a new cohort of driven Financial Advisers for the February/March 2027 intake. Recruitment for these roles has started now as level 5 qualifications need to be completed first. We will help support you in this journey to really set you up in a financial advisory career at the start of next year. This is a salaried role and high performers will be rewarded with generous quarterly bonuses for supporting clients in finding the right financial solutions. Main responsibilities: Meet with clients on video and, at times, face-to-face to analyse their needs and tailor financial solutions for them Build lasting relationships with clients, checking in on how their plans are going Educate your clients on protection planning and wealth accumulation for how best they can plan for their retirement Make use of the weekly referrals / leads that come your way to establish great client relationships About you: Commitment towards getting a level 5 in financial services qualification (we can help you with this) A love of working with people Be competitive and enjoy the chase - sales should excite you!
