We're looking for a highly organised, proactive professional to become the trusted right hand to our Managing Director. This is a varied role where you'll provide executive support, coordinate Board administration, manage company travel, and help keep key business activities running smoothly. This is far more than a traditional PA role. Your judgement, initiative and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of the Managing Director and the wider leadership team. About the Role As the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, you'll provide support while ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities. Your responsibilities will include: Managing complex calendars, appointments and meeting schedules. Coordinating domestic and international travel, accommodation and vehicle bookings. Preparing professional correspondence, reports, presentations and Board papers. Attending Board and operational meetings and preparing accurate minutes. Managing confidential company documentation, including intellectual property and trademark records. Supporting business projects and providing executive support across the leadership team as required. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and helping ensure the business operates efficiently. Requirements About You You're an experienced Personal Assistant or senior administrator who enjoys taking ownership and making things happen. You'll bring: Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administration role. Experience supporting senior leaders in a busy business environment. Strong Board administration and meeting coordination experience. Proven diary and calendar management skills. Experience coordinating domestic and international travel. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Absolute discretion when handling confidential information.
