Financial Capability Co-ordinator/Facilitator Join our team as a Financial Capability Co-ordinator / Facilitator! Coordinate and deliver engaging financial capability programmes that empower Pacific families to build financial literacy and achieve wellbeing goals. Build strong community partnerships, connect clients to key services, and ensure high-quality, culturally responsive service delivery Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver financial capability programmes for Pacific families Facilitate engaging, culturally appropriate learning and coaching sessions Support individuals and families to achieve financial and wellbeing goals Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups and stakeholders Connect clients with relevant services and support pathways Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting requirements Ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with organisational standards About you Knowledge and understanding of a Pacific culture. Experience working with the Pacific community Accredited financial mentor, or experience providing financial mentoring and coaching to individuals and families, is an advantage. Satisfy requirements for working with vulnerable adults including police vetting.
