About the Role: As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a crucial role inmaintaining the security of our store. Your responsibilities will includemonitoring CCTV systems, handling security issues discreetly, store walk throughs and providingtop-notch customer service. You'll also be coaching our staff on lossprevention practices, ensuring compliance with store policies and legislativerequirements. Start date week commencing 27th July 2026 Position 1- Sunday/ Monday 9:30am-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 6pm-10pm Position 2- Friday/Saturday 6pm-10pm Position 3- Sunday/ Monday 3:30pm-10pm Key Responsibilities: Activelymanage and oversee all aspects of store security. Monitor CCTVequipment and respond to potential security threats. Handleconflicts and security issues with a calm and professional manner. Providequality customer service while maintaining a secure environment. Coach andguide staff on best practices for loss prevention. Assisting other departments to maintain their areas. Walking the shopfloor Facial recognition What We’re Looking For: Previousexperience in retail loss prevention and CCTV monitoring. Excellentcommunication and conflict resolution skills. A calm andcomposed approach to pressure situations. Integrity,honesty, and professionalism in all interactions. Flexibilitywith working hours.
