About the role We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individualto join our team as a Personal Assistant, providing essential support to theCAF Service Leadership Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part inensuring the smooth functioning and operational effectiveness of the Child,Adolescent and Family Mental Health Service which is a large, busymulti-disciplinary service. As part of the Administration and Clerical Pay Equity Claimsettlement this role has beenmapped to National Band 5/Profile 5, Step 1 to 3 (final placement step is dependent onskills, knowledge and experience) For further information about the administration andclerical pay equity settlement please followthe link below: Administrationand Clerical Pay Equity - Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand In this role, you will be responsible for: Providingconfidential administrative support to the CAF Service Leadership Team. Diarymanagement, coordinating meeting logistics, including organizing meetingrooms, technology, and catering as required. Collatingmeeting agendas and circulate minutes to relevant stakeholders. Attendingmeetings and accurately record minutes. Organiseall Course/Conference and study related travel and accommodation approvalsand bookings. Administeremployee payment system. About you Skills and experience Provenexperience as a PA/Administrator/Secretary at a senior level. Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite, demonstrating highly developed computerliteracy. Excellentkeyboard skills and the ability to handle data entry tasks efficiently. Possessionof technical knowledge and skills relevant to the position, with acommitment to continuous learning and development. Strongwritten and verbal communication skills at a professional level. Willingnessto undergo ongoing training and upskilling as necessary. Attentionto detail, with high standards and a conscientious approach to tasks. Abilityto multitask effectively, be flexible and prioritize responsibilities. Agood team player with a can do approach. Familiaritywith the Principles and Articles of the Treaty of Waitangi, demonstratingcultural sensitivity.
