A born leader ready to take the reins and lead the way? Then we’ve got the perfect job for you. We’re looking for a branch manager to join our team. This is your opportunity to run the show — owning the performance of your branch end-to-end while building a strong team and even stronger customer relationships. You’ll be the driving force behind your branch’s success — leading from the front, making smart commercial decisions, and creating a high-performing, customer-focused culture. This is a full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday mornings). Responsibilities include: Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, driving engagement and accountability Manage performance, recognise success, and address challenges proactively Own the branch’s financial performance including sales, margin, and profitability Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and grow market share Identify new business opportunities and partner with Sales Reps to maximise customer outcomes Champion a strong sales and service culture across the team Oversee stock control, stocktake, and inventory accuracy Manage stock loss, warranty claims, and product flow Ensure the branch is well-presented, efficient, and customer-ready Maintain high service levels, including delivery performance and customer experience Manage budgets, P&L, and branch targets Oversee debtors and ensure compliance with company policies Maintain accurate reporting and drive continuous improvement Develop and execute a clear branch business plan aligned to company strategy Qualifications You’ll also bring: Proven leadership experience with the ability to build and develop great teams Strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving sales and profitability Experience in customer relationships, sales, and business development The ability to balance people, operations, and financial performance A hands‑on, solutions‑focused approach with great communication skills Ideally, experience in automotive, trade, or wholesale environments Additional Information Why join BNT?
