Our centre offers a warm, welcoming, and positive environment where children, whānau, and teachers feel valued and supported. We are seeking a qualified ECE team leader to join our over 2s room (1:8 ratio). We are looking for someone passionate about providing high-quality education and care while creating a vibrant, nurturing, and home-away-from-home experience for our tamariki. With two separate learning spaces and fantastic outdoor environments, you'll have plenty of opportunities to support children to learn, grow, and thrive. Your role Strong knowledge of Te Whāriki and NZ curriculum. Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, whānau, and colleagues. Facilitate and promote meaningful learning experiences. Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. Demonstrate a commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional growth. About you Qualified and registered ECE teacher. Experience in leading and nurturing a team. Caring, responsible, and passionate about early childhood education.
