We areseeking an experienced Beauty Manager to joinour high performingbeauty team and to be part of the store'ssenior leadership team. Our beauty department has everything from top international prestige brands to premium New Zealand skincare brands, fine fragrance and everything in between. This role is ideal for a passionate, inspirational and engaging leader who lives and breathes beauty. In this role you will lead a team of Beauty Advisors to deliver outstanding customer service, grow sales and cement our reputation as New Zealand's premiere cosmetics and beauty retailer. As the Beauty Sales Manager you will be leading, driving, and coaching your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, while ensuring that Farmers provides exceptionally high levels of customer service. We are looking for a Beauty Sales Manager who can: Achieve tangible results through people Motivate, inspire and engage others Build a high performing team committed to each other and to its customer Instill a service and selling mind-set in the team Drive best practice beauty selling techniques and practices including events, file card management and self starters To excel in this role, you'll have: Previous leadership experience in abeauty retail environment Exceptional communication and relationship building skills A passion for excellence in customer service and sales Experience with leading managing large teams for sales performance A proven history in managing, coaching, developing and motivating teams to exceed sales budgets Strong sales coaching competence - proven ability in coaching for sales improvement This is a great opportunity to showcase your management skills within New Zealand's largest cosmetics retailerand be apart of one of our most iconic stores. This role is for 80 hours per fortnight and involves working some weekends and late nights as per the management roster.
