The Doctors Mt Wellington are looking for an experienced GP to join our supportive and friendly team as GP Lead. We are a lovely small group practice with a loyal and long-standing patient population and an experienced team. Leadership opportunity Supportive and friendly team Excellent salary with $10,000 sign on bonus Central Auckland location We are looking for someone who can champion equity, bring clinical excellence, has proven quality improvement experience and has great ideas for clinically effective and efficient ways of working. You will play a key role in the strategic planning and will be sitting at the leadership table. The ideal candidate should possess sound clinical and communication skills. This role will be supported by our team of dedicated team of administration, nurses, GPs. About the position and you: You will bring to the role: Making a difference using your leadership and management skills Sound clinical and service skills enabling you to fully utilize your experience Ability to provide healthcare to a full range of people in our community Hold FRNZCGP and Vocational Registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand Primary care experience in New Zealand Be legally eligible to work in New Zealand This is a permanent position with negotiable hours, preferably between 8-10 sessionsper week.
