We're looking for an experienced Finance and Business Coordinator to help keep our business running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Chief Executive, Finance Manager and Leadership Team, you'll play an integral role in supporting the financial health and day to day coordination of our organisation. No two days are the same. One day you'll be supporting month end reporting, the next you'll be coordinating board papers, onboarding new team members or helping improve the systems that keep our business moving. About the role This role combines finance, business support and coordination. You'll help ensure our financial processes are accurate and timely while providing high level administrative support across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Accounts payable and receivable Monthly reconciliations and financial administration Supporting monthly financial reporting Executive and leadership support Board and meeting coordination Recruitment, onboarding and HR administration support Office and business coordination Policy, document and compliance management Supporting continuous improvement across the business About you You’ll be organised, proactive and enjoy juggling a variety of responsibilities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You’ll also bring: At least five years' experience in financial administration or accounts Strong experience with accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel Excellent organisational and time management skills High levels of integrity and confidentiality A practical, solutions-focused mindset Confidence working with senior leaders and building positive relationships across the organisation Experience supporting monthly financial reporting, audits and compliance requirements will be highly regarded.
