What our client can offer: This role will allow you to work in a thriving enterprise environment alongside internal stakeholders across merchandising, legal, and technology functions. You'll be largely self-managing, supported by a dedicated and professional project team, and involved across meaningful and complex pieces of work. Our client is actively investing in its project management capability, making this an exciting time to be part of the team. What you will do: As Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of a programme of work spanning merchandising operations and either significant SAP system changes or legal and regulatory compliance. Some responsibilities will include: Leading project delivery across multiple internal stakeholder groups, including legal, merchandising, and technology teams. Managing project governance, scheduling, and sequencing to keep delivery on track. Providing regular status reporting to senior leaders and governance groups. Coordinating internal resources and driving projects through to successful completion. Navigating compliance and regulatory considerations as a core part of delivery. Skills and experience we are looking for: Senior level Project Management experience, ideally within complex, enterprise environments. Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, with the ability to navigate legal, compliance, and operational functions confidently. Experience in SAP change programmes and/or legally or regulatory-driven projects is highly advantageous. A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach with the ability to self-manage effectively. Experience with PM methodologies such as Agile or Prince2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates must be based in Christchurch and hold valid working rights in New Zealand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
