Precinct Properties Management – Auckland, North Island We have an exciting opportunity for a Flex Workspace Co-ordinatorto join our Auckland Flex team. You’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of our sites, help grow and nurture our sales pipeline, and play an important part in delivering the warm and professional experience Precinct Flex is known for. The official title for this role is Assistant Site Manager - Flex . About us: Precinct is the largest owner, developer, and manager of premium commercial real estate in Auckland and Wellington. Here’s what you’ll be doing: As Assistant Site Manager - Flex, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Precinct Flex sales pipeline, backfilling on site when required and account management of the Flex Managed Suites. This role leads the building of the cold sales pipeline across all Precinct Flex sites, managing both direct and agent-referred leads, and builds strategic alignment with internal and external stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Support the Site Managers and Assistant Site Managers to nurture the sales pipeline, assigning and overseeing sales activities Support sales growth by generating new leads through proactive cold calling, follow-up and relationship building Oversee the production of high quality sales proposals Manage the Flex CRM database Backfilling of site roles as required Assist site teams to ensure sites are maintained to brand standard Assist with the day to day requirements of managed suite members Support the Event team to deliver functions and events. Here’s what we need from you: 1+ years experience in a similar role Administration and reception background CRM and data entry experience Previous Flexible working industry experience preferred High level of initiative Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no job is too small Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills At Precinct, we invest in our people and create an environment where you can thrive.
