T&G Global is seeking a people-focused Production Manager to lead our Ohaupo glasshouse operation, just south of Hamilton. You’ll own the day-to-day production, guide a stable team of 25–30 through two Team Leaders, and work with the Grower to deliver production plans that maximise crop performance. This role extends beyond keeping the site running; you’ll join a collaborative leadership group across our Covered Crops business and help embed a new grading and packing line to drive site #J-18808-Ljbffr
