You will: Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care Make sound clinical decisions that enhance best practice Support, coach and mentor care staff Contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment Help drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes He pūkenga tou | Skills & Experience NZ Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate InterRai trained Proven clinical assessment and observation skills Experience in aged care (hospital-level preferred) Leadership experience Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making ability Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, respectful approach Ability to build strong relationships with residents, whānau, and colleagues Experience with clinical IT systems Ready to make a difference?
