About the Role: Part time, 48 hours per fortnight based in Porirua- As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be supporting others to maintain a high quality of life and home environment, while encouraging full participation within their community. Please Note - This role requires availability to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Skills and Experience: A Passion for Tāngata/People: Be patient, friendly, and kind, with the ability to understand, communicate, and genuinely connect with people Experience: Must have 12 months minimum experience working in the Health Sector Empathy & Understanding: An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles. Team Player: Professional, honest, and a reliable team-player with a flexible mindset. Practical Skills: Prompting personal cares, including showering and dressing and confident in the kitchen Driver Licence: A Full NZ Driver Licence is essential, as driving a MASH van will be part of your role.
