Join a New Zealand leading privately owned service-based company Take ownership of an established territory across Christchurch and Wellington Enjoy a role with autonomy, variety and genuine career development opportunities The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales & Service Representative to take ownership of our Christchurch and Wellington territory. This is an autonomous role where you'll be responsible for managing and growing an established customer base while identifying new opportunities across your region. You'll become the trusted point of contact for your customers, providing exceptional service, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that add real value to their business. Based in Christchurch, you'll spend three weeks each month servicing customers throughout Canterbury and one week in Wellington , ensuring customers receive a high level of support while continuing to expand across both regions. Working closely with the wider sales team, you'll have the freedom to plan your territory, manage your customer portfolio, and drive sustainable growth through a combination of relationship management, proactive customer visits, and business development. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of an established Christchurch and Wellington territory Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers Build strong, long-term customer relationships through regular site visits Identify opportunities to expand services and develop new business Develop territory plans to maximise customer growth and retention Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up customer enquiries Maintain accurate CRM records and customer activity Work closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience About You Previous experience in sales, account management or a customer-facing service role A genuine passion for building long-term customer relationships Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills Excellent planning, organisational and time management abilities The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage your own territory A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a drive to achieve results Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems A willingness to travel regularly, spending approximately three weeks each month in Christchurch and one week in Wellington What's on Offer?
