The Role You'll be at the heart of service operations, balancing time between the office and the field. With over 3,500 active customers, no two days are the same. You'll lead from the front, supporting the team, solving technical challenges, and keeping jobs moving efficiently from first call through to completion, all with Health & Safety top of mind. What you'll be doing Managing daily service operations, including scheduling and job flow Reviewing and approving invoicing before it goes out Acting as the key technical advisor - your team's go-to problem solver and facilitator Drive service excellence across the delivery on all jobs Supporting and guiding technicians with practical, solutions-focused leadership Working closely with admin (who handle incoming calls) to ensure smooth handovers Quoting repairs, maintenance work and installations Maintaining strong Health & Safety standards Building solid relationships with customers and your team You will have A proven background in HVAC, Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Trade qualified (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning essential and EST/Electrical registration a bonus) Existing supervisory experience is a must as you have proven ability to get the best out of a team Confident communicator who can give clear, constructive directionand a steady, solutions-focused approach Technically sharp - you enjoy solving problems and helping others do the same Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-moving environment Clean full driver's licence and MOJ report required for this position What's on offer Competitive salary based on experience Company ute Access to onsite state of the art gym Structured hours 7:30am - 4:30pm Strong support network with admin and field teams Opportunity to grow your leadership skills with ongoing development Candidates must have NZ Citizenship or hold NZ Permanent Residency to be eligible for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
