Registered Social Worker - Crisis Resolution Service North Island - Wellington – Wellington, North Island Location: Working across Wellington, Porirua & KapitiRegion Contract: Permanent, Full Time (1 FTE). About theTeam/Service Location The CrisisResolution Service is a community based mental health service which providesacute assessment/ risk formulation and treatment working in partnership withpeople, whanau community supports. We are a frontlineservice and work closely with Emergency departments and Police, socialservices, GP's and tertiary education providers. We assess people of all agesand refer on to secondary services or back to primary are. The team isMulti-Disciplinary comprising of Nurses, Doctors, Social Workers andAdministrators. About you You will be an integral partof MDT process. Train to become a dulyAuthorised officer for Mental Health Act 1992 within 6 months. Have a good sense of humour to workwithin a team. Registered Social Worker with at least 3years' experience working in a mental health setting. Full Driver's License essential. Skilled in risk assessments and riskformulations.
