Our Supply Chain Coordinator is a very valued and key part of making this happen. The role Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you responsible for managing movement of goods from International and local suppliers, inventory management involved in the manufacture of health supplements. Daily responsibilities will range across: Plan, organise, and streamline the purchasing processes to ensure production timelines are met alongside production team. Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers to enhance collaboration and ensuring alignment with customer expectations. Maintaining proactive and effective communication with internal staff and potentially customers throughout the process. Utilizing tracking tools to monitor estimated time of shipments, ensuring alignment with company expectations. Preparation and rasing of Eligibility documents Managing orders, inquiries, and communication with internal teams, ensuring a seamless flow of information. Management of inventory for raw materials and packaging Coordinate with production team to schedule manufacturing based on forecasts and inventory needs. Generate and maintain inventory reports. Maintain ERP system accuracy with real-time data entry and adjustments. Identify and resolve production or inventory issues quickly and effectively. Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning and inventory control. Ensuring accurate data and stock movements are reflected in our software system About you To be successful in this role, you will demonstratable technical skills with an interest in procurement and logistics. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as an aptitude for numerical calculations. You will have 3-5 years’ experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the Nutraceuticals, FMCG or pharmaceutical industry. Good understanding of HACCP and RMP compliance Experience working on Accredo or other ERP will be highly regarded. Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement Exposure to international shipping and export documentation Excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
