We have one of the largest horizontal infrastructure teams in the South Island working in the maintenance, civil, and water industry. The work we do strengthens the communities we work and play in, with several key long term maintenance contracts throughout the Canterbury region and a number of civil projects currently being completed throughout the South Island. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the CORDE construction team and help deliver a diverse range of projects that shape our communities. From early planning through to project delivery and completion, you will have the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish while working alongside a talented, supportive team. If you enjoy building strong relationships, finding smart solutions, and seeing your work make a real impact, you will feel right at home at CORDE. You will have a strong understanding of the Canterbury market and established networks across the local infrastructure sector. You'll bring experience across civil infrastructure, greenfield developments, bridges, retaining structures, and related construction projects. You are a natural people leader who enjoys bringing teams together, building trusted relationships, and keeping projects moving in the right direction. You think ahead and bring a practical, solutions-focused approach to everything you do. You will be comfortable managing projects from concept to completion, balancing quality, safety, budgets, and timelines while creating an environment where your team can do their best work. A genuine sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering great results for clients are what will make you a great fit for the CORDE team.
