This is a new role- workin gin a dynamic, supportive team environement that plays a crucial role in supporting patient flow across the whole organisationIn this role you will beProviding senior leadership to the kaimahi (including RNs and HCAs) within the Transit Hub team, predominantly in the after hours space (afternoons, nights and weekends)Helping support the Transit care Hub team with efficient patient flow, safe staffing and clinical supportWorking collaboratively with the Transit Hub Charge Nurse, Hospital Operations Nurse Unit Manager and the Clinical Nurse Manager TeamYou will be key in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of clinical nursing care to patients and their whānauOn a daily basis you will be demonstrating clinical and professional leadership, leading and supporting our nursing teams in all aspects of nursing care management within the areas they are working for a relevant shift.This is your opportunity to enhance your nursing career and make your mark in our department. If you are interested, this is a permanent contract with full time (40hrs a week) and part time options, working across a 7-day working week, am and pm shifts.
