Hawksbury Community Living Trust in Kaiapoi, South Island, is seeking a full-time 2IC Support Staff to assist the Manager and lead the team in our three four-bedroom homes, supporting people with a learning disability in a warm, home-like environment. You will provide guidance to residents and colleagues, model respectful care, and advocate for residents’ rights.
