ACC exists to support people—help New Zealanders back to everyday life after an accident. The Level 1 Recovery Coordinator role focuses on compassionate, well-organised case management, guiding clients toward independence and removing barriers to recovery. You'll work with clients, whānau, providers and employers, coordinating rehabilitation plans and communicating by phone, email and in person.
