Senior Graphic Designer

Create work that inspires visitors to experience some of New Zealand's most iconic destinations. We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, helping shape and deliver exceptional creative across the RealNZ portfolio, including RealNZ, Cardrona and Treble Cone. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with outstanding creative execution. You'll work across a diverse range of projects, from large-scale brand and visitor experience initiatives to multi-channel marketing campaigns, bringing ideas to life across print, digital, environmental and experiential touchpoints. About The Role Reporting to the Creative Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality creative solutions across multiple brands and business units. You'll be equally comfortable developing concepts, producing polished final artwork, and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You'll Be Responsible For Leading the design and delivery of creative projects across tourism and mountain brands. Creating compelling visual solutions across print, digital, merchandise, environmental design and marketing communications. Producing campaign assets across multiple channels, audiences and formats. Supporting major experience and brand development projects while maintaining day-to-day marketing delivery. Championing and evolving our brand identities to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Working closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and on budget. What You'll Bring We're looking for a senior designer who can confidently take projects from concept through to completion while building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business. You'll Have Proven commercial graphic design experience. A strong background in conceptual and brand design, not just production work. Experience delivering creative across print, signage, digital advertising, marketing collateral, corporate communications and merchandise. Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, along with experience using Figma. Strong print production knowledge and excellent attention to detail. The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. A willingness to embrace emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design tools.
