About the role Ready to take the lead on some of Auckland's most exciting workplace fit-outs? STACK is looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of complex, large-scale projects from concept to completion with autonomy and the backing of a high-performing team. This is a front-end leadership role for a driven, ambitious project manager. You'll be a trusted and visible leader within our Project Delivery team from day one - managing senior client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and playing an active part in growing our business. What you'll be doing Owning projects end to end: Concept, design, pricing, construction and close-out Building and managing senior client and stakeholder relationships from first scoping through to handover Developing and controlling project budgets, tracking costs and cash flow, and hitting financial targets Building and driving detailed programmes in MS Project, and managing milestones, risks and timelines Sourcing, tendering, engaging and managing contractors, subcontractors and suppliers Leading site delivery: H&S compliance, quality, inspections, progress claims and Practical Completion Managing close-out, defects, warranties and the Defects Liability Period #J-18808-Ljbffr
