Perform post-moulding finishing activities as directed by the Team Leader. Apply product barcodes and labels accurately. Pack finished products in accordance with quality and dispatch requirements. Carry out welding activities to assemble and finish products. Complete product assembly and preparation tasks. Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times. Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with housekeeping standards. Work closely with team leaders and production staff to meet daily production targets. Assist with general production and operational tasks as required. What We're Looking For: Experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment is desirable. Ability to use hand tools and follow work instructions. Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently. Forklift licence is desirable. Physically capable of handling production and packaging activities. Open to learning, adaptable to changing timelines and priorities. A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, with the ability to promote safe work practices and a positive safety culture. A collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships across multiple departments and stakeholders. Why join us?
