ACC in New Zealand is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to be the first voice on our customers' recovery journeys. You will handle inbound calls from clients and providers and complete an induction blending classroom learning with hands-on experience. This is a full-time, 40-hour week with Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm on a rotating roster.
