As a Process Analyst within our Enterprise Change team , you'll work alongside our Process Lead to embed and grow AA Insurance’s business process management capability. This role is focused on business process mapping and governance . You’ll partner with projects, programmes, and business teams to identify process impacts from change initiatives, maintain our enterprise process repository, and ensure business process documentation remains accurate, up to date, and aligned to governance standards. What You'll Be Doing Identify process impacts arising from business and technology change initiatives. Work closely with project teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders to capture and document process changes. Maintain and update business process maps and facilitate process workshops and stakeholder discussions. Ensure process maps align with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and process architecture. Manage process repository content, version control, and quality assurance activities. Support business owners in maintaining their procedures and supporting documentation. Coordinate BAU process governance activities, reviews, and stakeholder requests. Promote compliance with organisational policies, risk management, and health and safety requirements. A Bit About You Experience as a Process Analyst , Business Analyst , or similar role. Strong business process mapping capability and experience with ARIS or similar BPM tools. Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A detail-oriented approach and commitment to producing high-quality documentation. Good understanding of project and programme delivery environments. Insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
