Senior Site Manager

Our client is a leading tier one commercial contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across Auckland. Due to ongoing project wins, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take ownership of a significant project in Auckland. This role will see you leading site operations on a large-scale interior fit-out and refurbishment project within a technically challenging environment. You will be responsible for coordinating multiple trades, maintaining programme momentum, driving site safety and ensuring exceptional quality outcomes through to handover. Key responsibilities include: Managing all day-to-day site activities and subcontractor coordination Driving programme delivery and resolving construction challenges Mentoring site team Managing stakeholder relationships across clients, consultants and subcontractors Planning and coordinating site logistics Supporting successful project completion and handover To be successful, you will have: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on commercial construction projects Strong fit-out, commercial and interiors experience Experience delivering projects in live, occupied or high-profile environments is preferred` Excellent leadership and subcontractor management skills Strong understanding of construction sequencing, programme management and quality control A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement What\'s on Offer Market-leading remuneration package Company vehicle, fuel card and additional benefits Opportunity to lead a high-profile commercial project Long-term pipeline of secured work Collaborative and experienced leadership team This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong project pipeline, quality leadership team and a reputation for delivering some of New Zealand's most complex commercial projects.
