Te Rōpū Whakahau is seeking an experienced Lifeguard Team Leader to manage a pool of lifeguards across multiple centres in the region. The role focuses on pool safety, leadership, and excellent customer service as you coordinate rosters and oversee incidents. You will lead and train teams, ensure water quality, and maintain high standards of supervision, safety, cleanliness, and service.
