Reporting to the Service Manager, this varied role supports both of our Lower Hutt dealerships. You'll own the accuracy and timeliness of our warranty claims process end-to-end - from prior approvals and submissions through to credit reconciliation - working closely with our Service Advisors and Workshop Technicians, and advising management on warranty policy along the way. What's on offer Competitive salary package (dependent on experience) Monday to Friday role - no weekends Genuine career progression - we promote from within Ongoing manufacturer and product training Supportive leadership and a strong team culture Join an established, 100% NZ-owned dealership group Key responsibilities Manage and track all warranty claims end-to-end, including prior approvals and submissions Maintain accurate, complete warranty claim records Record defective parts and replacements, and resolve warranty credit discrepancies Advise management on warranty policy Ensure service centre work, revenue and costs are recorded accurately for accounting Match purchase orders to invoices for all parts and labour Skills & experience Must-have: Previous experience in a Warranty or Service Advisor role High level of numerical reasoning and accurate data entry skills Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa Nice-to-have: Relevant tertiary qualification, or equivalent experience in a similar role Experience within the automotive industry About Armstrong's Armstrong's represents 21 international brands across 21 sites and is proudly New Zealand-owned.
