In short, we ‘ Make Clever Happen ’. The Role We have a number roles from Junior to Lead Dynamics 365 Consultants . You will bring energy, structure, ownership and oversight to our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, from inception through to execution. You will help our clients to understand and interpret their needs to deliver clever, effective, technology-enabled solutions in an efficient manner. To be successful in this role, you must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 with demonstrable experience in delivering solutions across the platform. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include Ownership of outcomes for clients and depending on the role leading projects all the way through to delivering continuous improvement for our existing clients. Involved in design sessions with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and architect solutions. Creating and validating detailed specifications Anticipating risks and issues early and coming up with solutions. Supporting the presales team in defining solutions for prospective customers. You Will Have Experience in end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively present An eye for detail and a focus on quality. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities. It is an Advantage to Have (but not a requirement) Dynamics 365 certifications Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Field Service and / or Project Operations Experience creating technical modifications such as Plugins and Web Resources. Experience in Design Thinking processes Experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence reporting environment. An understanding of key business transactional processes associated with ERP solutions. What’s stopping you?
