About the Role –MōteTūranga Alpine View and Burlington are looking for an experienced casualHealthcare Assistant to join their growing team! This role is to ensure annual leave and sick leave is covered when needed so will include weekend/weekday, andday/night shifts. Flexibility is key. This role is hands‑on and varied, ensuring residents receive the highest standard of care and support every day. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining knowledge and practice in accordance with training, policies, and procedures Accurately identifying, documenting, and reporting changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff Completing timely and comprehensive documentation using our Qestral-developed clinical software Participating in annual competency reviews to ensure best practice Supporting Infection Prevention and Control strategies, including correct use of PPE Taking part in Health and Safety drills, training, and safety techniques.
