Templeton Engineering 2020 Limited – Queenstown, South Island Key responsibilities Supervising and supporting our workshop team Fabricating and welding alongside the team Mentoring our three apprentices and team staff Helping maintain a positive workshop culture Maintaining quality and efficiency About you Extensive fabrication and welding experience Structural steel experience and takes pride in what they do Strong organisational and leadership skills The ability to motivate a team and lead by example Good problem-solving skills A current NZ Driver Licence NZ residency or a valid work visa Positive attitude, enjoys a laugh and a bit of banter Monday to Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm Variety of interesting projects in a well-equipped workshop A supportive, young, down-to-earth team Competitive remuneration based on experience The opportunity to genuinely influence how our workshop operates The lifestyle that comes with living in beautiful Wānaka About us Templeton Engineering is a busy Wānaka workshop with a wide variety of work, loyal local clients and a reputation for finding practical solutions.
