Whaioro Trust- Otaki Beach, Wellington Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora / Health Coach/Social Worker - pay equity applies Full Time – 40hrs We are seeking a dynamic person to fill the Kaiwhakapuaki Waiora/Health Coach role and work alongside whānau with health and wellbeing challenges, coaching them to build their own skills, knowledge, and confidence to manage their health and wellbeing. The ideal applicant for this position will possess or be able to fulfil the following criteria: A working understanding of Whānau Ora and how it is incorporated into your practice Passionate about delivering high quality health experiences for whānau and kaimahi An appreciation for Te Ao Maori is an advantage but can also be learnt Ability to work positively within a supportive team. Is reliable, friendly, approachable and resilient Ability to build and maintain credible relationships internally and externally Familiar with taking whanau notes.
