The Opportunity | Facilities Manager Reporting to the Regional Group Manager Facilities Management within the Northern Region Infrastructure Business, the Facilities Manager will create a work environment that is conducive to delivering outstanding clinical service; that is cost effective, timely and sustainable. What You’ll Bring We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Facilities Manager who can operate with influence and integrity in a complex public sector environment. You will bring: At least 10 years’ progressive experience in building, infrastructure, planned maintenance environments ; experience working at senior level including the ability to manage and provide direction to staff, contractors and other consultants. Customer service experience , the ability to establish and maintain relationships with the key customers in Hospital & Specialist Services and to drive a customer centric focus throughout the Facilities team/s Strategic guardianship and stewardship of infrastructure assets via the assessment, prioritisation, funding and delivery of planned and reactive asset maintenance.
