Senior Project Manager

As they gear up for new building developments, they require a Senior Project Manager to work on the construction of a multi-storey build managing early civil works through to the construction delivery phase to hand over. Reporting to a PM, your key accountabilities are: Management of the entire project from civils, coordination, council compliance, programming through to construction delivery and handover Monitoring of all processes in order to ensure the highest quality of work is produced, cost reporting, leading PCG Meetings, and H&S Management. Full stakeholder management, subcontractor management, council coordination, supplier management and overseeing site teams. Key background for this role requires: 10+ years experience in the multi residential/commercial construction/building industry in NZ with a carpentry trade background or tertiary qualification. Experience across $10M+ multi-unit housing projects plus subdivisional experience for housing developments Understanding of 3910 contracts, RFIs, Variations, EOT’s. Solid leadership ability and ability to manage a site team Strong organisational and time management skills as well as strong problem-solving ability Well experienced in successfully developing and managing a construction programme Health and Safety leadership Remuneration - $160K - $180K + vehicle pending experience Ref No: 132974 #J-18808-Ljbffr
