ABOUT THE ROLE As Media Buyer, you'll take ownership of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, driving measurable results for a portfolio of clients. From campaign planning and execution through to optimisation, reporting, and strategic recommendations, you'll play a key role in helping businesses achieve sustainable growth through performance marketing. You'll work closely with clients and internal creative specialists to identify opportunities, optimise performance, and deliver campaigns that generate tangible commercial outcomes. This role offers a high level of autonomy, variety, and exposure, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their strategic thinking alongside their technical expertise. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts Analyse performance data and identify opportunities to improve ROI, lead generation, and revenue outcomes Collaborate with design and creative teams to test new concepts and improve campaign effectiveness Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates directly to clients Manage campaign budgets and ensure performance targets are achieved Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve team performance, processes, and client outcomes SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE We're looking for a performance marketer who understands both the science and strategy behind successful paid media campaigns. You'll be confident working with data, comfortable communicating with clients, and motivated by achieving measurable results. What You'll Bring Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta campaigns with demonstrated performance outcomes Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking Experience using GA4, reporting tools, and performance analytics platforms Ability to translate campaign data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations Confidence communicating directly with clients and presenting performance results Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively A proactive, growth-oriented mindset and genuine passion for digital marketing WHY APPLY?
