HVAC Technician | $40-$50/hr | + Vehicle

We’re looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our Auckland team. This role will suit someone with solid hands-on HVAC experience who can install, service, fault-find, work with customers, and take pride in doing the job properly. You could be a qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning technician, an experienced HVAC installer, or an electrician with strong heat pump and air conditioning experience. The Role You’ll work across: Residential and light commercial HVAC Heat pump and air conditioning installs Servicing, maintenance and fault finding Multi-split and ducted systems Hot water heat pumps Related electrical work within your licence Our projects include homes, schools, aged care facilities, accommodation providers, commercial buildings and multi-site property programmes. What You’ll Get $40–$50 per hour , depending on experience KPI bonuses Company van and fuel card (or EV options) Uber allowance when required Tools and device allowance Ongoing training and development Mix of install, service and technical work Pathway into leadership, project management or specialist technical roles A positive team that cares about doing the job properly What We Need You must have: Electrical Service Technician licence At least 2 years’ trade experience Strong heat pump / air conditioning experience Full NZ Driver Licence Current right to work in New Zealand Good customer communication skills Ability to work unsupervised Pride in tidy, high-quality workmanship Ideally, you’ll also have a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning trade qualification.
