Immediate start available Temporary to permanent opportunity Monday to Friday day shift Ongoing training and career development Supportive team within a well-known NZ manufacturer East Auckland location with free parking About the role As a Packing Operator, you will play a key role in the final stage of the production process, ensuring products are packed accurately, labelled correctly, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include: Operating independently at the end of a high-speed production line Packing finished products into cartons ready for dispatch Completing quality checks, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and product labels Recording production information and completing basic computer data entry Meeting daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards Following GMP, health & safety, and quality procedures always About you To be successful, you will ideally have: Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or another GMP-regulated production environment Experience working on fast-paced automated packing or production lines Confidence lifting products weighing up to 25kg throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good computer skills for basic data entry and production documentation The ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage priorities A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn Why joins this company?
